Tianguan provides a 1-year limited warranty for new starters/alternators only. If the problem is caused by Tianguan, the seller pays all shipping costs. The warranty does not apply to improper installation, water/fire damage, modifications, or any natural disasters.
Returns
If the return is caused by the consumer (non-defective return), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the item problem is caused by Tianguan, contact us before return item, we will provide refund/exchange/or other way to solve it.No refund/exchange to provide if no notification before sending back items beforehand.
