Tianguan offers 1year limited warranty for new starters/alternators only. Buyer's responsibility for all shipping costs if problem caused by Tianguan. Warranty does not apply to improper installation, water / fire damage, modification, or any acts of nature.

If the return is caused by the consumer (non-defective return), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the item problem is caused by Tianguan, contact us before return item, we will provide refund/exchange/or other way to solve it.No refund/exchange to provide if no notification before sending back items beforehand. If customer received damaged product, customer need to send email to linda@tgautoparts.com in 72 hours of item delivered. Customer need to send pictures/videos(use to proof related issues) in emails, Tianguan will recognize the return reason/confirm the issue.
