Tianguan provides a 1-year limited warranty for new starters/alternators only. If the problem is caused by Tianguan, the seller pays all shipping costs. The warranty does not apply to improper installation, water/fire damage, modifications, or any natural disasters.

If the return is caused by the consumer (non-defective return), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
